Rates are quoted per night for 2 persons.
There is a $50 per night charge for a third
person. Two night minimum stays are required for
weekends in June, July and August. Three night
minimum stays are required for Memorial Day
Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, Labor Day
Weekend, and Columbus Day Weekend.
Rates do not include applicable NJ taxes. Rates
based on double occupancy. According to availability.
Includes full, cooked breakfast, afternoon refreshments,
onsite parking. Valid for new reservations only. Cannot be
combined with any other offers or discounts. Must mention
this special at time of reservation. Offer good Now thru
September. The Duke Of Windsor reserves the right to change
or cancel this special at a any time.
We are a NON-SMOKING Inn. Smoking is permitted only
on the front porch.
CHILDREN over 12 are welcome. NO PETS allowed.
RESERVATIONS:
A 50% deposit is required within five days to confirm
all reservations for multiple day stays. A 100% deposit
is required on a one-night stay. VISA, MasterCard, or
personal checks are acceptable forms of deposit. The
deposit applies to the full amount of your stay. The
balance, including New Jersey sales tax, is due on
arrival.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF CONFIRMED RESERVATION:
In the event that you must cancel, change the dates,
or shorten your stay per the confirmed reservation, the
deposit will be refunded as follows:
If 14 or more days notice is given prior to the
scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund less a
$50 processing fee per cancelled room.
If less than 14 days notice is given prior to the
scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund less a
$50 processing fee only if we are able to re-rent the
room for the full period of the reservation.
